(Roxy)The dog in the video has full blown storm phobia. What had transpired in this case is that the owner was not home, and the dog climbed over a 6 foot fence to get to the neighbours home as there are often children around.
The window was closed, so the dog jumped through the window cutting himself in the process. The neighbours had a Huskey that was normally kept outside but had been brought inside due the severity of the storm. Roxy and the Husky were friendly, however on this occassion, due to Roxy's stess levels a full blown fight ensued.
