1st March 2011 - New Era Alternative Therapies for Animals

Making use of Alternative Therapies is a wonderful way to help your pet but should never be used in place of veterinary assistance. Using Alternative Therapies is a excellent way in which to keep your dog in top physical form, to help it recover from injury and to assist with emotional concerns and deepen your existing bond

How does it work?
New Era Alternative Therapies is a combination of various touch therapies, massage, pet reflexology, working on meridians, chakras and acupressure points in addition to hands-on healing. The application of these modalities can assist the body to get back into balance and to heal itself. This is not a 'miracle' cure for any ailments your dog or animal may have - if the animal is old, the organs failing or the tissue damaged beyond repair, healing will not repair this BUT it will make the animal feel better physically and emotionally and this sense of well being will make it easier for the animal to keep on fighting the dis-ease and bring about balance in all aspects. It will aid the absorption of any medication and assist in keeping food down. If it is the time for your animal to pass, the healing will not prolong life but will provide comfort and make the passing easier. This will allow you to feel that you are in some way helping your own animal, rather than standing around helplessly.

Next course is over 10 sessions and takes place in the Lyndhurst area.
